Shipping Methods
For international shipping, we offer EMS, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. You will get free shipping if you choose EMS which takes 6-10 days, choosing UPS, DHL, TNT which we charge $25 for all the items that will be shipped. Usually, you could get the product(s) you ordered in about 3-5 working days.
We will do our every effort to make sure you receive the parcel in time but we are NOT responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carriers and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. If you do have a deadline for delivery please leave a message when placing the order or consult us first and if the parcel does not arrive on time it will not be an excuse to cancel your order.
The risk of loss or delay or extra costs would be passed to you if you made any mistakes of shipping address when filling out the purchase forms.
Shipping Time
Your order will be confirmed in 24 hours and handled in 48 hours, and 5-10 business days to your destination normally.It will take us another 3 days to customize your items when they are out of stock . We do not process your order on weekends or holidays. Allow an additional 1 to 2 business days for weekend orders.

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the fact that our items are bought over the Internet, cannot be tried on ahead of time and are bought site unseen, we have developed the following return and exchange policy for customer service purposes. Of course, we hope that you are happy with your selection. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, our return and exchange policy is as follows:
For Returns:
Returns can be sent back within 7 days upon receipt, all returned items must never been used and in new condition. All returned packages must be insured. As for returning right items for a refund: all returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Buyers are always responsible for the shipping charges.
For Exchanges:
We only accept exchanges for new and never used items with all accessories and packing. Please send back the items within 7 days upon receipt. All return packages must be insured, exchanges will be sent out within 5-7 days once the return has been received. Buyers are always responsible for the shipping charges.
Important Notice:
1. Although we provide 100% hassle free return policy, considering the time and money consuming, we surely appreciate if you can make all your questions and concerns clear before placing your order.
2. Please contact our customer service first to obtain the return address.
3. We will not be responsible for the lose if the returned package get lost during the shipment, original post office receipt must be kept to claim the compensation.
